Grinding means the motor’s drive gear is loose or internal bearings are worn. Tighten the gear’s set screw with a small screwdriver.
If noise continues, spin the motor shaft by hand—rough movement means bad bearings. Bearings can’t be replaced alone; install the original Brushed Motor.
