UDIRC UD1611’s shock absorber feels too stiff, making the car bumpy on rough roads. What can I do to soften it?
Stiffness usually relates to shock oil viscosity or spring tension. Drain the current oil and refill with thinner UDIRC approved shock oil.
If that’s not enough, slightly loosen the spring preload nut (on top of the shock) to reduce spring tension for a smoother ride.
