Adjust the brake strength via the ESC’s programming mode. Use UDIRC UD1610S remote to enter programming (follow UDIRC steps) and increase the brake level step by step. Don’t set it too high—overly strong brakes may lock the wheels. 

If still weak, check motor-to-ESC wires; tighten loose connections to boost brake power.
